If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services. **Scope of Services** Cuddle & Clean Solutions offers professional pet care and cleaning services designed to ensure the well-being and hygiene of your pets and home. Our team is dedicated to delivering quality service while prioritizing the safety and comfort of your pets. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website. **Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy** All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly. We require a minimum notice of  48 hours for cleaning changes or cancellations and 10 days for any changes or cancellations for booked pet services to receive a full refund of deposit. Failure to provide appropriate notices by phone or text will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the service cost 50%of service cost if cancelled the day before of service and 75%due if canceled the day of service minus the 25%deposit for pet services. To reschedule an appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. **Pricing and Payments** Our prices are clearly outlined on our website and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payments for services rendered must be completed via accepted payment methods when booking the service. For recurring services, clients may opt for automated payments, agreeing to the aforementioned payment terms. **Liability Limitations** While Cuddle & Clean Solutions employs skilled professionals and adheres to high standards of care, we shall not be held responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from unforeseen circumstances outside our control during the provision of services. Clients must disclose any known risks associated with their pets or property prior to receiving our services.
