DAYCARE

You are allowed one hour window for drop off and one hour pick up before additional charges are added 

1 to 4 hrs 20.00 per hr fee

 More than 5 hrs 

 will be counted as another day and full day of boarding will be added. 

Be aware when booking that the time must be the same as the drop off or additional fee will be added for the extra time. Starting 1 hour after actual pick up time. 20.00 per hour. Fee will be due at the time of late pick up.

This fee is added and can not be removed under any circumstances not even if act of God is the excuse. 

This fee has had to be enforced do to the excessive late pick ups without notice.

 There will be a 50.00 additional fee if I go pick up or try to drop off and nobody is home and or to let the pup in. Any additional fees are due at that time.

Boarding w extreme circumstances 200.00 a night if your pet requires a round the clock 24hr care. which means I can't go to the store,take a shower,leave the room due to his anxiety of being alone. 

Boarding 160.00 a night if pet is ok to be left for no more than 4 hour. 

You can be charged additional fees if during any booked service pet shows signs of not being able to be left alone under no circumstances such as extreme anxiety, destructive behavior, excessive barking, or digging at the door frame or scratching at door with the intent to escape for no more than the 3 to 4 hours at most as agreed upon if needed depending on the day at which time I will send you a video and a fee will be charged. Please understand that when this happens it's a major inconvenience because I plan around the pup services and if I can't run an errand such as go to grocery store, pick up a prescription, go to post office just to name a few because he/she can't be left alone because you failed to disclose this because your unaware because you are with him/her 24hrs a day or to pay a lower rate are unexceptionable.

2 walks,all natural treats,30 mins games and play time every 2 hours during daytime hours. New bed with there name embroidery on it. 2 bowls, 2 toys all to keep and take home when you pick up. Brushed and bathed upon request before they arrive. Live camera feed during playtime only must download app.

Me arriving at your specific time plant care,mail collected,regular updates, camera feed if you don't have one to check on your fur baby while I'm there.pet care feeding,playing,2 walks,all natural treats,2 toys to match the breed. 2 photos or 1 video per day will be sent to you phone.

Cleaning of kitchen,livingroom, bathroom bed room. Dusting,wiping, sanitizing,all surfaces swept ,mop, vacuum all surfaces, trash,dishes,,cabinets,counters.exterior of appliances. A check list will be left to show what was done during my stay.

To book a request and guarantee your dates are secure for your pup or pups must be secured by a non refundable booking fee of 25% of booking amount per booked request that will be applied as payment when payment is due on the first day of scheduled booking and is refundable if the sitter cancels booking any time prior to actual sitting dates. 

 

Please read below for 10 day cancellation policy for clients.

Daycare booking and recurring Daycare booking will need 25% hold if paying by credit card of total fee to guarantee dates and time, To be paid at time of booking. Balance will be due any time before or day of daycare before drop off or pick up of daycare.

You will receive invoice 10days before booking starts to remind you of balance due.

Recurring daycare requires a 25% at time of booking for all recurring dates. 

To be paid every Friday or you may choose to receive a 10% discount of the whole balance if you pay in one lump sum at the time of booking. Whichever you prefer. If you decide the ladder of the two you must tell me at the time of booking so your balance can be changed to reflect discount and the payment can be paid at that time. 

Under no circumstances will payments with discount be accepted any time after the actual booking for that is the only way to get the discount is to pay it in one lump sum at the time of booking.

Discount cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts. 7 to 10 days is required to receive a full refund. 

 

If you cancel 24 hours prior to daycare your deposit become the cancellation fee and is now non refundable. If you cancel on the day of daycare the fee is 50% of daycare fee and 25% more will be due at the time of cancellation. These and any fees charged can be changed without notice, Please make sure you have read all materials before booking you are responsible for all fees incurred during booking and after the booking takes place Including but not limited to cancellation fees. 

10 day Cancelation policy: Boarding

Clients may receive a full refund if they cancel by noon 10 days before the stay starts. If you cancel after 12:00pm 10 days before 50% of the cost of the booking is due upon cancellation minus the booking fee. If canceled anytime on the day of start date 100% will be due at time of cancellation minus the deposit regardless of situation no exceptions. When you book you agree to any and all fees including cancellation fees this is a verbal binding contract please be aware of these fees before you book and can be changed without notice so please read carefully. If the sitter cancels for any reason prior to 10 days you will receive a full refund. If sitter cancels any time within the 10 days of start date you will receive a full refund and 50%credit on next sitting dates and if she cancels the day of you will receive a full refund and your next sitting dates at no charge can only be used once for the same amount of days or less can not be used in combination with more days even if you agree to pay for extra days.**only good within 1 months of the cancellation and only if dates are available. Same policy applies to daycare clients for sitter cancellations.
